How long does delivery take in Ghana?+
Greater Accra typically arrives same-day or next-day after dispatch. Other regions usually take 1–3 business days depending on courier routes.
How do I track or cancel an order?+
Use Track Order with your KR- reference. Signed-in members can also cancel from Account → Orders. Guests can cancel from Track Order by confirming the checkout email (before shipping).
What payment methods do you accept?+
Paystack checkout supports Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AT) and Visa/Mastercard in GHS.
How does sizing work?+
Pieces are designed with a premium relaxed streetwear fit. Order your usual size for a relaxed drape, or size down for a more structured look. Size guides are on each product page.
What is a preorder?+
Preorder pieces ship when that drop releases. You pay at checkout and we fulfill as soon as stock is ready.
Can I return or exchange?+
Drops are limited production runs, so sales are generally final. Contact us on WhatsApp for size exchange requests when stock allows.

We aim to reply on WhatsApp and Instagram within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Sat).
