When you purchase from KAIROVA or create an account, we collect personal details necessary to fulfill your order, including your full name, email address, WhatsApp phone number, and Ghana delivery location.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to process orders, communicate shipment updates via WhatsApp or SMS, and process secure payments via Paystack. We never sell or share your data with third-party advertisers.

3. Payment Security

All financial transactions are handled securely by Paystack using end-to-end PCI-DSS compliant encryption. KAIROVA does not store credit card or mobile money PIN details on our servers.
