1. Production Drops & Limited Stock

KAIROVA operates on limited production runs. Placing an item in your selection bag does not reserve stock until checkout payment is completed or confirmed.

2. Delivery & Fulfillment

Delivery times in Ghana range from 24–48 hours depending on your region. Couriers will contact you directly on the phone number provided at checkout.

3. Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt for unworn garments with original CIP tags intact, subject to stock availability.
